Mental Health Awareness Week

Good afternoon everyone,

If you were not already aware, this week is Mental Health Awareness Week. Mental Health Awareness Week aims to get people talking about their mental health and reduce the stigma that can stop people from asking for help.

Although we are not in school at the moment, this doesn’t mean we can’t speak to one another or share our feelings. Below is a resource that you might like to use to share how you are feeling and help you open up and talk to others. You may want to print this off or create your own ‘Feelings Cloud’ so you and your family members can do this together.

Take care and be kind,

Miss Walkingshaw

I hope you had a good long weekend! This week is focused on the Speed Bounce.

There are 6 activities that will develop your bouncing, speed, jumping and rebounding.

Remember to also get your 60 minutes of activity each day – I have been doing this by running, walking and cycling!
