Hello P1!   We hope you had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the super weather.  There are lots of signs of Spring now.  Have you spotted any blossom or lambs?   Ms Boyes took this picture on one of her daily walks.  Do you know what these flowers are called?

Parents, there are two sounds to learn included in our new grid.  Booklets for the sounds are found below.   If you don’t have a printer, don’t worry, you can just look at the pages with your child, or, you could help them copy some activities into their jotters.

Hello P1!   Hope everyone is well and having a great time learning at home.

If you’d like some ideas for Maths, Language or Health and Wellbeing there are some really nice activities on BBC Bitesize.   Just Google ‘BBC Bitesize Early Level’ and choose one of the links.

   

 

 

 

P1 Learning

Everyone in P1 has been having fun in our Block Play area.   These are just a few of our super creations!   We can plan our construction before we start to build and have been very good at collaborating with our friends.

Maths Week P1B

P1 have been enjoying maths week!

Today was also Roald Dahl day and we had fun sorting ‘The Enormous Crocodile’ from shortest to longest.

 

We made crocodiles by colouring, cutting and sticking.

 

  Posting the correct number of straws into the envelopes.   

We liked playing the subitising game together.

We are learning the number 3 and 4 and the letters t and i over this week and next.
