Today we had our novel study assembly and we sadly say goodbye to the Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch. Primary 2 really enjoyed learning about how to make a healthy lunch and making up our own imaginative stories about living on an island and working in a lighthouse. We enjoyed using describing words to bring Mr, Mrs Grinling and Hamish the cat to life. We even made our own pesky seagulls! We also used drama activities to show how much we learned about the story.
We look forward to our next topic which is “Toys from the Past”
