We started our new maths topic on measurement and decided to measure objects in our classroom. We had various types of measuring aids, so had to decide which would be the most effective for measuring our object.
In PE we were practicing our throwing skills so decided to use our measuring skills to see who could throw the furthest.
In our next maths lesson we plan to use these measurements to convert between mm, cm and m.
