Please be alert to Impetigo a skin infection caused by bacteria.
At Braehead we are aware that this infection could be present.
We strongly advise regular handwashing for all children and adults to prevent the infection spreading.
Any child with impetigo should be kept away from school/nursery until the skin has healed or until 48 hours after antibiotic treatment.
