Find out what’s on at Woodhead this week: The lunch menu for this week is Week 3. On Thursday, the menu will be different as it is International School Meals Week. This menu is based on the most popular choices in our dinner hall.
P1 had their noses stuck in their books this afternoon and enjoyed sharing them with their friends. Then we all shared an e-book story together on the smart board called ‘The Magic Paintbrush.’
Now that Spring has sprung, our gardeners have been putting their green fingers to use in the playground over the last few weeks.
Lorna the Librarian came to visit P3a and P3b today. She made us all laugh with the funny story ‘Stephanie’s Ponytail’ by Robert Munsch and then made us think what life might be like with ‘No More Television’ by Philippe Dupasquier. Thanks Lorna!

Find out what’s on at Woodhead this week as we celebrate Literacy Week for World Book Day. It’s Week 2 of the lunch menu this week. Pupils who purchase a lunch on Wednesday will also receive a Fairtrade Coco Crispy cake.
