Samsung have recently disclosed the release date for the new and upcoming Samsung S9 mobile phone. It will likely feature the new infinity display which means more features for consumers such as 3D touch, improved screen quality and live lock screen wallpapers similar to that of the IPhone 7.
The home, backspace and window buttons have also been axed in an attempt to create more room for the display.
The fingerprint scanner has been relocated to the back of the phone under the camera. The benefits of this is that it will make it easier to unlock the phone itself while your holding your phone
The phone will be available to the public in three different colours; midnight black, coral blue and lilac purple. Is this Samsung’s brave attempt to compete with Apple’s IPhone 7.
The S9 can now record in slow motion and you can also browse faster with the new Android 10.0 update. This update will speed up the phone drastically. Samsung have, in fact ,guaranteed that it will be the fastest model released for optimum browsing speed.
The Samsung S9 will cost around £739, the S9+ will cost £869. This phone will be the best android running phone so far. The question is; is this new model worth the price tag attached? Apple have seen a decline in IPhone X purchases due to the drastic selling fee. Will this be the same for Samsung, more people seem to be less willing to pay more for these new and upcoming mobile phones.
