Lantern Making
Pupils from Primary 5 to 7 built lanterns for the Carrick Festival of Light. The theme this year is space 1969 and we decorated our lanterns with rockets, aliens and much, much more.

Athletics
Athletics
Pupils from Primary 5 to 7 represented the school at Girvan Academy at the cluster athletics meet. They competed in a variety of events and placed second overall. Congratulations.
Dyslexia and Inclusive Practice Award
There have been changes to the Dyslexia Friendly School Award. It has been rebranded as the Dyslexia and Inclusive Practice Award. We will be working towards achieving this new award during this session.
Science Inquiry
The class has been thinking carefully about what science is. We are aware that it all begins with Inquiry. We investigated several objects and began to ask questions. In the photo below you can see a sample of the many questions we asked.
