Outdoor Learning

Today P2 went for a winter walk to come up with some good ideas and words for our winter poem. Armed with clipboards and pencils we worked in teams to think about what we could see, hear, taste, smell and touch in winter. We also talked about how we were feeling.

Some amazing observations and ideas included;

” drips as the ice melts”

” the stones feel like little balls when you move your feet around”

“I liked to see the bubbles when you step on the ice a little”

ice ” cracking”, ” tingling”, ” crunching” , “squeak”
