Our Stay and Play sessions began on Friday, 3rd February.
Please remember we run sessions for our 2 year olds on a Friday Morning in the Nurture Room. Everyone is welcome.
Fantastic Friday
Mrs Greechan visited all classes on Friday to see the teaching and learning. She was very impressed with the children’s work and all of the activities and learning taking place.
French week at the Coffee House
Primary 7 children will be working at the Coffee House tomorrow morning. This will be the last week of work experience and we would be delighted to see you there.

Sacramental Retreat
Primary 3 had a lovely day on retreat, preparing for the sacrament of Reconciliation.
NSPCC Workshops
Primary 6 and 7 participated in workshops organised by the NSPCC yesterday.
Roman Invasion
Primary 2 have been learning about what it takes to become a Roman Soldier. This is their Tortoise Formation!
New ICT Resources
Thank you to our lovely Parent Council for their generous donation from their fundraising to help but some new ICT resources for the school.
Primary 6 thoroughly enjoyed trying out new BeeBot programmable toys this afternoon. We are also developing our skills in learning to touch type.
Chinese New Year
Primary 4/3 had a lovely day on Monday as they celebrated the Year of the Rooster for Chinese New Year!
They had a lovely buffet in class trying fried rice, noodles, juice and prawn crackers.
The children talked about how the Chinese spring clean their houses to ward off bad luck. All of the children sighed and mentioned how they dislike when their mums do spring cleaning and they have to move out of their rooms!
Show Prep Has Begun
Today, the after school Art Club begin preparing the backdrops, lettering and artwork for the Upper School show of Beauty and the Beast.

Romans at Work
Primary 3 Roman soldiers were in the playground today, practising the Tortoise Formation.
