We are working at building our own Roman villa! We work together and listen to others ideas. What a great time we are having!
Forest Fun
Our Nursery children had fun in the forest exploring the mud, measuring with sticks and relaxing on hammocks.
St Michael’s Has Talent
Last night, some of our Primary 7 girls from the choir took part in North Lanarkshire’s Orchestral and Choral Concert.
They have been great ambassadors for our school as over the past few months, as they have taken part in writing the song that they performed last night.
Here they are in rehearsals before the concert.
Our Roman Villas
We are creating our Roman Villas. We are working as a group. Watch this space for the final product!

Scottish Wars of Independence Art Day
Primary 4/3 enjoyed a full day of artwork for their Interdisciplinary topic on the Wars of Independence!
All the children had a choice of making a sword, castle or shield! It was a fabulous day where
children could use any paints, colours, and materials they wished.
Wallace and Bruce
As part of our ‘Wallace and Bruce’ topic, Primary 4 and Primary 4/3 have been learning why castles were so important back in the 13th century.
We became very interested in castles and researched and discussed the different parts.
We designed our own castles last week, and this week we made our designs a reality with cereal boxes and cardboard tubes.
We had a fantastic time, and enjoyed helping one another to complete them.
Super stars.
Our super stars this week for kindness and super learning. Well done.
