Primary 5 looked deeper into the conflicting decision the Jacobites would have had to have made when being told to swear an oath to King William or face punishment. Lots of brilliant, in-depth discussion on this very difficult choice, where they tried to see both sides.

Working collaboratively, Primary 5 read and selected main points on the Massacre of Glencoe. They learned that this was a very important turning point in Jacobite history. #effectivecontributors #successfullearners
Spring Discos
Our Parent Council will once again be holding Spring Discos for all our children on Thursday 12th February. As before the arrangements are as follows:-
Primaries 1-3 from 6.30 – 7.30 p.m. (entry and exit by main door)
Primaries 4–7 from 7.45 – 8.45 p.m. (entry Room 11 fire door and exit by main door)
Tuck will be provided by the Parent Council and many thanks to them all for organising this event for our children. The cost will be £2.00 per child, payable on the night.
Coffee House Work Experience
Well done to the Primary 7 children who had the opportunity to work in the Coffee House today. They performed their roles with confidence and they were great ambassadors for our school.

Today we celebrated the value of Faith. These lovely children were chosen by the class for showing this value daily. The children were able to bring a friend with them to lunch.
