BOOK AMNESTY
If you have any school reading books hiding at home, please hand them back to the school as soon as possible. We have quite a few sets of books which are incomplete, particularly in the infant classes, so please check at home and send them in to the class teacher.
SCHOOL VALUES
All our children are reminded of the importance of the school’s values which are Holiness, Honesty, Fairness, Forgiveness and Respect. These values are expected and encouraged each day in all our classrooms.
CURRICULUM RATIONALE
Please find attached a copy of St. Michael’s Curriculum Rationale written last year in consultation with our parents, pupils and staff.

We will be hosting a Parent Information Evening on Monday 18th September at 6.30 p.m. in the school.
Over the course of the evening, the infant teachers will outline the programmes of work being covered for Literacy and Numeracy. There will be an opportunity to ask questions, view resources and discuss further ways of supporting your child as they move through Primary 1 and 2.
I am sure you will find this a most informative evening and you will get lots of ideas on how to help your child learn to read, write and count.
Please reply via the email sent if you can/can not attend.
The link below will take you to a letter that was sent via email regarding changes to the Menus in the Dinner Hall.
