Smart Pupil Council
This week, the Smart Pupil Council set a class meeting to seek the views of the children of what they would like this year’s school show to be.
Today, they met to discuss the results. They announced to the children over the school tannoid that our school show this academic year will be Matilda!
They also discussed the results of the last class meeting they set. They asked the view of the children of what resources they would like to have in the playground to make playtime better. They worked together to make a shopping list of different resources that would enhance their playtime.
Earthquakes
We used the a jigsaw technique of cooperative learning. We had home groups and each of us went off to learn about a different earthquake and its impact. We returned to our group and shared what we had learned, which meant everyone had covered each case study.
Outdoor PE
Primary 7 enjoyed outdoor PE today.
