We have been learning about the shrine to Our Lady in the town of Montserrat in Spain. We have created a poster to display our knowledge to others. This will be displayed in the hall.

Class Captain
Primary 7 are deciding which qualities a Class Captain will need.
Recount Writing
Primary 5 worked hard on Friday to recount the ‘true story’ of the Three Little Pigs as told by the perspective of the wolf.
Open Afternoon
It was lovely to see so many parents this afternoon. Mrs McLennan and Mrs McNab are looking forward to working with you and your children this year. They have settled in well and we can already see that they are ready to work hard in Primary 5.
Article 3
Scratch
Priamry 6a and 6b learned how to use the coding programme Scratch. They created simple sequences to make their character move. Thank you to Strathclyde University for coming out to give us this input and to Mrs McAvoy for arranging it.
Mock Court
Primary 6a have began making their gowns for their lawyers. The lawyers and witnesses started working on their stories and questions they would ask about the case. The court artists produced art work of the main characters from the case.
Dinosaur Assembly
Primary 1 and Primary 2/1 delivered a great assembly about the Dinosaurs!
