Goodbye Mrs Taylor
The children gave an assembly today dedicated to the wonderful Mrs Taylor to say thank you as she sadly leaves us.
Thank you Mrs Taylor for all your hard work and kindness. St Michael’s will miss you. Thank you Mrs Taylor for all your hard work and kindness. St Michael’s will miss you.
Information Evening
We will be hosting a Parent Information Evening on Monday 18th September at 6.30 p.m. in the school.
Over the course of the evening, the infant teachers will outline the programmes of work being covered for Literacy and Numeracy. There will be an opportunity to ask questions, view resources and discuss further ways of supporting your child as they move through Primary 1 and 2.
I am sure you will find this a most informative evening and you will get lots of ideas on how to help your child learn to read, write and count.
Please reply via the email sent if you can/can not attend.

Superstar Learners in Primary 3
P3a children are all excited having been introduced to their new IDL topic on the Weather! The children were given headings of Seasons and Weather and had to note down or draw anything they already know about this subject. This record of their prior learning will help to inform subsequent lessons!
