Cluster Priority: | Almost all staff will benefit from the sharing of good inclusive practice, focusing on approaches to support the attendance, engagement and achievement of all learners, including those who require additional support by enhancing the Universal Offer. |
School Priority 1: | To improve pedagogy so as to raise attainment and narrow the poverty related attainment gap: –
· Literacy – the teaching of spelling and non-fiction reading and writing · Numeracy – using maths in a context · To re-evaluate our teaching programmes in sciences which will allow opportunities for skills development |
