Lighting Our Paths Together For Our Future –
KIND INCLUSIVE SAFE RESPECTFUL RESPONSIBLE
Annual Improvement Priority 1 (2026-27)
Our teachers will help us learn in ways that are right for us. They will make sure learning happens at the right pace, ask questions that make us think, and give us helpful feedback. They will provide the right level of support and challenge to help us become confident, independent learners and make good progress.
Annual Improvement Priority 2 (2026-27)
Our teachers will make learning fun, active and meaningful by giving us opportunities to learn through play, explore our interests, ask questions and develop our skills. They will plan our school day creatively, so we have opportunities to make choices, lead our own learning, be creative and use our skills in different areas of the curriculum and in real-life situations.
Annual Improvement Priority 3 (2026-27)
Our teachers will make sure our learning builds on what we already know and help us develop new knowledge and skills. They will make sure our curriculum reflects our school, our local community and the world around us, so that our learning is relevant and meaningful to us. They will make sure everyone feels included and supported, give us choices and opportunities to lead our learning, and help us use our skills in different subjects, situations and real-life experiences.
Nursery Improvement Priority (2026-27) –
Our adults will use different ways of teaching to help us learn, understand and make progress. They will make sure learning is engaging, challenging and supportive, so that every one of us can achieve our best.
We will update you on our progress throughout the session.
