Developing the Young Workforce

Dev Young Workforce

On Thursday 19th November, we were delighted to host our business partner CMS Window Systems when they met with our learners to discuss exciting possibilities within their company.

S4 pupils met Anna West and four apprentices who have become part of the company and its training scheme.

As part of our developing the young workforce strategy, 30 S4 pupils were given the opportunity to hear about the company’s apprenticeship programme which can be a platform for a promising career. We look forward to strengthening our partnership with CMS over the coming months.
