A core course is in existence in S1-3 for both English and Drama. An assessment programme is built into each course in order to establish pupil progress. Results of assessments are recorded in the Pupil Assessment Booklet.   These booklets provide a record of teacher and pupil self-evaluations.
National 4, National 5, New Higher and Advanced Higher
Course plans are in place for National 4, National 5 and Higher classes in both English and Drama. Advanced Higher English course plans are also in place. These courses have been carefully planned in accordance with Curriculum for Excellence guidelines and ensure that pupils complete all of the learning outcomes appropriate to the level and activity.
