What is Targeted Support?
Targeted Support is a whole school approach to early intervention with a clear focus on preventative programmes of work and building positive relationships.
Each stakeholder has a significant role in promoting a positive and supportive school culture. This offers a proactive approach and preventative outlook.
Enhanced, intensive approaches to behaviour, resilience and emotional well-being at Firpark Secondary allow young people to feel safe and secure and more likely to return quickly to our Universal Level of support.
Tailored support reduces the need for specialist services, building capacity and sustainability within Firpark Secondary. Request for Assistance are sent only after all other approaches/programmes have been exhausted.
