Working in the Professional Kitchen

Working Front of House

Introduction to Events

 

Work Based Challenge- Level 4

Will run in conjunction with the above course.

 

Barista Skills -Level 5

Demonstrate knowledge of coffee and other beverages served by a barista.

Prepare and serve a range of coffees and hot beverages using specialist equipment.

Prepare and serve a range of cold beverages using specialist equipment.
