Start of Health Week.
Health week at Haysholm started with walk a mile around the track, dressed in our costumes of our chosen Countries.
Science Fayre.
Mull Class had great fun yesterday at the School Science Fayre. There were many highlights to the day. Here are just a few.

Day of Science
We had a whole school day of science. In the morning we had a visit from Science staff from Irvine Royal Academy, who showed us lots of amazing activities. In the afternoon we had a go ourselves at different experiments set out by each class. What a great day!

D is our Star of the Week for choosing his snack at the café using PECS. Well done D!

World book week
SC returning his library book
World book week was a busy one in Mull Class. On Monday during our social outing we visited Irvine library where we checked out some books.
On Thursday it was World book Day and the first task of the day was
for KC to go round all the classes and collect our friends books so we could share them. After that we completed Jigsaws, explored sensory stories and of course chose and read lots of books including our favourites.
Arran Class 2016
Arran class have very been busy rehearsing for our 40 th Anniversary Celebrations, all children have excelled in their performance skills . Our theme is the 80’s and our chosen song is Uptown Girl, (and we have definitely got the perfect candidate) .

Arran Outing and Rehersals
Arran class visited Hansel Village Thursday 21st January, we had a lovely morning all together, DL took everyone’s order. DL also helped to collect snacks and pay for our drinks and snacks. We also visited the party shop in Kilmarnock where the pupils helped to choose a 40th candle for our Birthday celebrations next week.
Our rehearsals are well on their way for our Special day next week Tuesday 26 th January at St Mary’s Church .
