Good morning Jura Class!
I hope you are all well. This Sunday is Fathers Day and I thought it would be a nice idea for you to make your Dads a gift to show him how much you love him. I have set out the instructions for a salt dough coaster for your Dad to use to sit his cuppa on. This is a really easy activity and fun to make with a little help when using the microwave. I know how you all love making and playing with dough at school so I’m sure that you will enjoy doing this. The recipe makes enough for a coaster and some to play with too. You can practice your writing or mark making and I am sure your Dads will love whatever design you make for him. Remember to post your pictures and have fun!
**timings for setting the dough will vary in the microwave as depends on the thickness of the dough and the power of the microwave, I done 30 sec burst. checking each time – 2 minutes is only a guide**
Good morning Jura class!
I hope you are all well. I know how much you all love working together in P.E especially during our parachute games. I have made a wee video to show your Mums and Dads what we do so you can try them at home. I didn’t have a parachute like the one we have in school so I used a sheet instead. This is a great activity for all the family that can be done inside or out and never fails to put a smile on your face. Give it a go and remember to have fun and post your lovely pictures.
Good morning Jura Class! I hope you are all well. To mark this historic time we are currently living through, I thought it would be a nice idea to make a time capsule. I thought we could make it rainbow themed so I have attached a list of what you should try to find around your house to put in your time capsule . I also thought it would be nice for you to draw or colour a picture of a rainbow to put in it too. Have fun boys and remember to post us your pics 🙂
Good morning Jura Class! As we are all having a pyjama day I thought it would be a nice idea for you all to build a den. Check out our video on twitter of the Jura Class ladies having fun in their dens. I have attached a link with loads of ideas for you to have fun in your dens too. Please remember to post your photos and have fun!! 😀
Hello Jura Class, hope you are all well.
I know how much you all enjoy our weekly science slot so I have a nice activity that I know you all love to do at school and I am sure you will enjoy doing it at home. You can add some glitter, sequins or beads (anything you can find in the house) to make your slime even more exciting. Enjoy and remember to post your photos.
We had a visit from the Marymass singers on Friday.
