‘Getting It Right For Every Child’ (GIRFEC) is a national approach to supporting children’s overall wellbeing and improving outcomes for all children.

At Bluebird Family Centre we ensure that children’s well being is at the heart of all that we do. Children are nurtured in a safe and secure environment, enabling them to realise and reach their full potential. Adopting a GIRFEC approach ensures that the GIRFEC principles are embedded in our practice and ethos throughout the centre.

We value the importance of a collaborative approach in meeting individual children’s needs and we work closely with families and  other agencies to support and enhance children’s wellbeing.
