Our Home Learning Project

The boys and girls in primary 1a made their own crowns and tiaras at home as part of their ‘Castles’ home learning project. We had the choice of whether we wanted to design a 3D crown or tiara or decorate a 2D version. We used lots of different materials such as glitter, jewels, gems, feathers, stickers and pom-poms to decorate our crowns and tiaras and we think the results are absolutely fantastic!

Our Trip To Sky Academy

Today some boys and girls from P1 to P6 got to visit Sky Academy. The children got to visit behind the scenes on an exclusive tour of Sky Studios in Livingston and worked with all the latest technology to make their own TV report in Sky Skills Studios. They made a video report of our Big Balornock Story – Forgetful Hamish, that was created by the whole school as part of our Literacy Week.
