Our Shape Showcase

This week the boys and girls in Primary 2 and Primary 3/2 held a Shape Showcase, where they showed off their 3D Shape Robots. All classes attended the Showcase and gave they boys and girls fantastic feedback on their work. These robots were created as part of a homework task and we are sure you will agree that they look absolutely fantastic. Well done boys and girls!

Primary 2 Star Writers

Last week Primary 2 were learning how to create a persuasive poster. Persuasive posters aim to encourage people to do something. For example buy a toy or attend an event. We made persuasive posters for our Shape Showcase. The posters encouraged lots of others classes to attend our event. Well done this weeks Star Writers.

World Smile Day ~ 07.10.16

To celebrate World Smile Day, P7a were given a piece of Rights Respecting Home Learning to complete with their parents and carers. This was a really lovely task for me to read over and I hope that all the parents enjoyed working alongside their children to talk about the things which make them happy! Huge thanks to all the parents and children for their lovely contributions, they certainly made me smile!
