Family Engagement Team – The Family Engagement Team (FET) is an early intervention service to support young people within the Education Directorate.  The service aims to work with young people to support their wellbeing, with the view to increase their attendance in school and engagement with learning. The team works to bridge the gap between school and home and identify barriers to learning and listening to the child’s voice to support improving resilience. The team utilise a wide array of resources with young people and work to develop successful coping strategies for that individual to help them achieve their best.
