Our teacher is Mrs Beck.
We have 30 pupils in our class.
PE
Mr Cardus will take the class for PE on a Thursday. Please come to school in your PE kit every Thursday. PE lessons take place both indoors and outdoors so please remember to dress appropriately for the weather.
HOMEWORK
This will be set on a Wednesday and will be due to be returned the following Monday. Check the website each week for more information regarding homework.
LEARNING REVIEW – 21st August 2026
We have settled really well after returning from our summer holidays. Mrs Beck has been getting to know us and is happy that she already knows our names confidently! This week we have,
- Been discussing our rights and how we can exercise these rights in school. From this we have created our class charter to use on a daily basis.
- Ensured we understand what to do to keep ourselves safe in the event of a fire drill.
- Reflected on our summer holidays and created acrostic poems.
- Been revisiting our number skills as we focussed on place value.
- Had an assembly to refresh our understanding of the school values and we are beginning to develop our understanding of what an ‘Effective Contributor’ would look like in assembly.
- Had a surprise when a new bear mascot joined us at Masterton! We have gave suggestions to Mrs Muir about what they could be called.
- Created our own table names.
