Please come along to the first ‘Coffee and Chat’ session of the term: 9am and/or 1pm Tuesday 15th September.

The host for this session is our teacher, Mrs McConnell.

Mrs McConnell is looking forward to welcoming all of our new parents and of course our returning parents too.

Amongst many other aspects, Mrs McConnell will be talking about our upcoming ‘Pop in and Play’ sessions which will be rolled out throughout the year – come and find out more!

Jeans for Genes Day

Please help us fund raise for Jeans for Genes Day 2015!

The money raised helps change the lives of thousands of children affected by genetic disorders, from providing vital support and equipment to offering children the opportunity to meet others affected by the same condition.

The need is urgent: every year 30,000 children are born with a genetic disorder. One in 25 children are affected, so the chances are many children in your local community will need help. Jeans for Genes Day is a great way to bring children together for a great cause in a simple and fun way.

Simply by wearing jeans and bringing in a donation, everyone can do something truly extraordinary.

Mrs. Wallace’s Announcement

Just in case you have missed the letter that was issued on 13th August:

Mrs. Wallace would like everyone to know that she has decided to retire at Christmas. Mrs. Wallace says it has been her privilege to be Head Teacher of Isobel Mair School for 10 years and more recently Head of the Family Centre and, although she absolutely loves her job, she feels that this is now a good time to leave to give her more time to do other things she enjoys.

The post of Head Teacher will be advertised in the forthcoming months and Mrs. Wallace will keep us all informed of what is happening.

Mrs. Wallace thanks everyone for their continued support which is greatly appreciated by herself and all the staff.
