Well done to seventeen Barrhead High students who completed their Duke of Edinburgh Award – Practice Expedition at Whitelees Windfarm this week. The weather was abysmal, but the attitude, behaviour and effort of the students was first class! Well done to all involved and here’s hoping the assessed expedition in June 2013 has more favourable weather!!
Are you keen to volunteer within the sporting world? Maybe help at an after school club, a festival or even in a play programme? If so please come along to Mearns Castle High School (E1 Classroom) on Tuesday, 23rd April at 6pm to find out more.
