Introduction

As a school we offer a wide range of extra curricular clubs that we actively encourage our young people to try.

Taking part in extra curricular clubs helps young people to make new friends. It is encouraging to see the confidence and talents of our young people grow through their participation in extra curricular clubs.

Review

In October 2018, working closely with our pupils, staff and Parent Council, a review of how we recognise and celebrate achievement in Barrhead High School was completed.

Bulletin

Each week we share the achievements of our young people in many ways: for example assemblies, plasma screens, notice boards, Twitter and local press. In addition to all of these we have introduced a monthly newsletter which we will share through the website.

Some young people can be shy about sharing their achievements. If your child has an achievement you would like to share with us please complete the form below. We will always ask the young person if they are happy for us to share information about their achievement.
