Looking forward to sharing news and photos of our Careers Event  taking place today for our S2 and S4-S6 pupils.

Pupils will receive presentations in Engineering, Hair & Beauty, Childcare, Construction, Hospitatlity and Computing to name but  a few! They will also be meeting and chatting with our business partners from UTC, Yipworld, Skills Development Scotland, RAF, Royal Navy, Strathclyde Police  plus many more.

A great opportunity for all those involved.

Congratulations to our S3  STEM Ambassadors! All candidates demonstrated excellent interview skills, impressing  Ms Cooper & Mrs Hegarty.  We’re delighted to have you as part of our STEM team and know that you will all be fantastic in your new role!

Stewarton Academy Parent Council meeting is due to take place on Monday 5th February at 7.00pm in the Library.

All parents/carers are welcome to attend and you do not have to be a member to come along. We will be discussing Pupil Equity as part of the meeting.

Minister for Childcare and Early Years, Maree Todd SNP, visited Stewarton Academy last week to encourage more school leavers to consider a career in early learning and Childcare.

A big thank you to all pupils and parents who contributed to the collection for  Shelter following our Christmas Concert in December.

A grand total of £363.99 was raised and will go towards supporting homeless school children.

S4 Parents evening is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 20th February 2018,  5-7pm.

Pupils will receive an appointment sheet today. Please not that spares can be collected from the school office if your son/daughter is absent.
