Well done to our Eco Committee Leads,  Katie and Michelle, for representing our school and presenting all of our hard work from last year at the recent Climate Conference and Clean Green Awards Conference at  Loudon Academy.  We were awarded many prizes, including our Clean Green ‘Silver’ Award,  our Windy trophy, Solar flare trophy for S -Miles and a £50 gift card to spend towards achieving our Action Plan targets.

Our Eco leads had a great day meeting many of our EAC Council partner representatives, collaboratively working with other schools and completing fun activities. Both pupils competently represented our school portfolio of evidence in a market stall type presentation, where they had the opportunity to  share ideas,  answer and ask questions about our school and work and find out more about what we can do next!

We are very proud of our school and thank those who have helped us achieve our Silver status. We now look forward to more community involvement and help from our as we ‘Go for Gold’ status now.
