East Ayrshire Council have created a signposting resource with some suggestions of organisations and apps which can provide help and information on wellbeing and mental health. This resource will be updated regularly.

EAC Youth Chat

EA Youth Chat is a chat opportunity for young people who are experiencing loneliness, isolation or worries. Through this, young people will chat with a friendly Youth Worker who will provide support about whatever is on their mind.

The Youth Chat is offered through the Vibrant Communities Service and is open to all young people. The chat seeks to target loneliness and isolation in young people and will provide wellbeing support and mental health support and link in with other services where appropriate.
