I have attached a word mat on some French sports. I would like you to create a poster/word document showing some of the sports that you like. You could also include some famous athletes that compete in that sport. Make sure you have the sport written in French and some images as well. Feel free to choose as many sports as you want.

You just need to match up the answers and most should be quite obvious. “Velo” is bike, “ecouter” is listen, ” regarder” is watch,  “chanter” is to sing and “piscine” is swimming pool. If you like, you can research how to say other hobbies if they are not included on the sheet. Have fun!

Numeracy – Daily 10 Division

Use ‘Daily 10’ on Topmarks to practise your division facts. Choose a range of tables to practise your facts and if needed you can write a times table out to help you. We normally do Level 3 and you can select how much time you want for each question. Remember this is not a test, just practise.

HWB – Joyful June

Write down three things that you are grateful for. These could be people, pets, where you live or some activities you have been doing. You could produce a poster or write them down as bullet points with some images. It is totally up to you. Sometimes we can focus on the negative things and forget about all the things we should be thankful for. Have Fun!

Using your multiplication/division flowers from Monday complete the worksheets below.  You can decide whether you want to do the 6x or the 7x table division missing numbers worksheet.

Look at the image below to create your own multipication/division flowers.  I would like to create one using either the 6x table or the 4x table.  When complete, practise your tables and ask a family member, when they are not too busy,  to test you on both multiplication and division (e.g. 6X6 or what is 36 divided by 6).

IDL – Rock Painting

Boys and girls paint rocks and hide them around the town for others to find.  When you find one you take it and hide it somewhere new for someone else to find.  Unfortunately due to what is happening just now it is not safe for boys and girls to pick up stones, so instead they have been painting their stones and creating a kindness path in the park leading to a fairy garden.  I thought it would be a lovely idea if you all painted your own and started your own kindness path at home for your own garden.  Happy painting!
