- BoardGame ( you can make a new one or use a previous one)
PE – Workout
Complete the following – 1 minute of each exercise then rest for 2 minutes then another minute of each. You dont even need to keep count, just do as many as you can.
- Push Ups
- Scissor Kicks
- Burpees
- Plank
