Leswalt’s Friday Wake-up Aerobics

This morning, pupils at Leswalt Primary participated in an aerobics session with Moray – a gym instructor from the Ryan Centre.

Squats, jumps, planks… you name it – they did it! It was a great active sports session and there were a few flushed faces as they headed outside afterwards for break!
