To round off our Context for Learning on Italy, we sampled some Italian foods. We discussed the texture, smell, appearance and taste of each item. Olives were not a popular choice!
Primary 4 have recently been learning about Italy as part of our Context for Learning.
As part of our homework, we were asked to create an information poster or PowerPoint on Italy with lots of interesting facts about the country. We then presented our work to our classmates, who took the challenge of being the teacher and gave us feedback!
Primary 4W started learning about instructional writing today! We discussed why instructions are very important and different types of ‘bossy’ verbs in instructions. We then sequenced the instructions to make a jam sandwich and highlighted the ‘bossy’ verbs used to help us to create our own set of instructions for our volcano experiment we did last week.
