Eco Drama is a Glasgow based theatre company inspiring children, young people and the wider community to look after our natural world through workshops and performances. These workshops and performances, not only entertain their audience, but they also enhance the work of Eco Schools Scotland and compliment the Curriculum for Excellence by using theatre and drama as an educational medium. We tour all over Scotland in our MagicVan – a vehicle run on Recycled Vegetable Oil, which itself creates quite a buzz when we’re out and about and also have an electric car for additional tours.

Here’s a short video about all about us https://vimeo.com/93598311

Just to give you a flavour for what we offer, I’ve included below one of our upcoming production The Worm and our workshop Recycling Heroes, which we are touring from early 2016. Both have worked very well at community gatherings and festivals, as well as in theatre venues and schools. If you have any queries at all or would like more information, please do not hesitate to get in touch and I will be most happy to help.

**** Edinburgh Guide

“…a smashing wee show that just maybe planted the seeds from which a new generation of eco-warriors will grow.”  Full Review

Eco Drama - FrogRecycling Heroes

The workshop is focused on the principles of Reduce, Reuse & Recycle, and is a highly interactive and engaging experience for children.

Through a fun and informative drama workshop led by the fearless ‘Bag Girl’, pupils are encouraged to find their own inner recycling hero and rid the town of the menacing Rubbish Monsters! http://www.ecodrama.co.uk/workshops/recycling-heroes/
