Brake – Road Safety Week

posted by Lesley Cook, School Travel Co-ordinator, Schools & Learning

Road Safety Week 2021 is coming soon! We have just 5 weeks to go and already thousands of people have signed up to take part. This year we are celebrating Road Safety Heroes – the people who help make roads safer and care for people after a crash – and we especially want schools, educators and families to get involved, to help children, young people, parents and carers learn about why road safety matters, and enable them to speak up for their right to make safe and healthy journeys.

With this in mind, we were hoping you would be willing to share the email below with your wider school networks and encourage people to sign up and take part in Road Safety Week 2021. Everyone who signs up will receive access to a FREE action pack full of resources to support their activities and we will send updates by email when new resources are released.

Please do let me know if you have any questions or would like any further information.

You can find out more about Road Safety Week 2021 and sign up yourself at www.brake.org.uk/road-safety-week.
