Primary 1 took their learning on time outside this week. We made our own clocks and challenged our classmates to tell the time on our clock.

On Tuesday, Primary 6 went on a school trip to the Scottish Parliament.
We were given a presentation about democracy and learned about the difference between devolved and reserved laws.
The class then went on a guided tour around the parliament and got to see the debating chamber.
After the tour the class engaged in a Q+A session with our local MSP, Angela Constance. We spoke about matters local to us, such as the proposed closures of the Swimming Pools across West Lothian and what this will mean to us.
P6 had a great day!
In primary 4 we have been looking at dictionary skills and how to find information in a dictionary. We started by thinking about how to find, sort and order information alphabetically. We went outside and ordered ourselves by first name and second name. We were then all given a different animal and we had to work together to order ourselves alphabetically by animal name.
