Good Morning, everyone! Can you believe it is the 1st of June today? I hope you have all had a lovely weekend and enjoyed our lovely weather.
Yesterday Mrs Boyle and I played golf which we haven’t been able to do for a long time. I wonder if any of you have managed to meet up with people you haven’t seen for a while?
Last week we had lots of examples of great work. We were learning about life cycles.
We have seen some very creative Minibeast art and craft.
Someone has been looking after caterpillars and one has turned into a butterfly.
I am sure you will continue to amaze us this week with all the wonderful things you are doing.
Here is this week’s learning grid.
This week we are practising the er sound in Phonics. Watch this clip to help you practise this sound.
If you have a dice you could play this er game. Throw the dice and whatever number you get, you have to read all the words in that line.
Remember to have a look at our blog posts for Maths and Minibeasts today. The minibeast we are learning about this week has er at the end of its name. Can you guess what it is?
Have a good day. Enjoy your learning and try to share it with us if you can.
