Everone looked super this morning in their party clothes as we enjoyed our Christmas party with all three P1 classes together. We did some party dances and played pass the parcel and the corners game. Thank you to Mrs Smith, Mrs Bennie and Mrs Frater for setting up ( and tidying up!) the snack. The party ended with a special visit from Santa who was delighted to hear that we are all following the golden goals in school and trying our best to be good at home too.

P1c “Hey Ewe!” Photographs
Here are some photos from the day that we tried on our nativity costumes in class!
After our performance, we received these lovely thank you letters and pictures from the boys and girls in P3/2. They came to our class to deliver them and read them out to us. We felt very proud that they had enjoyed our first performance on the big stage!
P1c Christmas Craft Afternoon
This afternoon we were delighted to be joined in the classroom by our P6 buddies! They helped us to make some lovely Christmas decorations as you can see from the photographs.
We also learned about Christingles and that they are not actually for eating! Christingles were originally from Germany although lots of churches now have special Christingle services for children at Christmas time.
