As part of challenge Friday, P5,6,7 had to play a game of Chinese whispers. They had to work in teams of 4/5 to draw a Halloween themed picture. Only one person in the group was given the original image and they had to pass on their instructions by whispering to each team member with one person drawing. It was a real challenge!

2nd Star – We had fun using description as part of our writing about a haunted house.
Wish – We would love to do more baking.

* Our second star is learning about what makes a good friend and making our own friendship flags
Wish – We are really looking forward to going to the cinema with the whole school.
*Star: We have really enjoyed taking part in Halloween activities. We wrote spooky ghost stories, made creepy haunted house water colour silhouettes and found out about the history of Halloween.
**Star: We really enjoyed learning some Spanish words this week. We learned how to say hello – ola, goodbye – adios.
***Wish: We would live to do some cooking in school next week.
First star – Searching for invertebrates in the garden.
Second star – P6/5’s assembly.
We wish for everyone to have a great, safe October holiday!
1st star We have enjoyed making our save the rainforest posters and learning our rainforest songs.
2nd star We have enjoyed writing our evaluations of term 1 and look forward to term 2.
Wish We would like to go outside for PE next term.

We are looking forward to cooking and finding out about more about farms next term.
* Our first star is science when we were making electrical circuits and we managed to get 25 fans working at the same time.
* The second star is Challenge Friday where we had to pass polos only using straws in our mouths.
* Our wish is to do P.E. with Mrs Williamson
