Primary 1 have enjoyed learning about People who help us this week. They are looking forward to learning more about it and can’t wait to get some ‘special visitors’ in to talk to them.
We did a carousel to find out what we already knew and what we want to know. We also wrote down what we wanted to be when we grow up!
We did great teamwork!
First star – We really enjoyed doing Just Dance with Mrs Duncan for P.E!
Second star – We loved watching P1a’s assembly – the songs were really good!
Our wish – To do more P.E with Mrs Duncan!
Star 1: We thought P1A’s assembly was fantastic, very well done!
Star 2: We really enjoyed our PE with Mrs Coutts this week, it was so much fun!
Wish: We wish we could do more running races in PE.
1st Star: We really enjoyed making our Pharaoh Fact leaflets for other people to read.
2nd Star: We had fun singing a banana song with Mr Lauchlan and his ukulele.
Wish: We can’t wait to make our Pharaoh head-dresses in art.
1st star – We have enjoyed learning about the story of 7 and finding lots of different ways to make 7.
2nd star – We enjoyed using wow words in our writing to describe Mr and Mrs Twit.
Wish – We would like to practise for our assembly next week (26th of Feb).
*Star 1: We really enjoyed learning how to add doubles and even learned a song to help us!
* Star 2: We love having 2 stars of the week each week.
Wish: We wish everyone would be honest and tell the truth all the time.
* We enjoyed challenge Friday this week when we were making paper boats.
* We liked playing corner football at P.E.
! We want to play corner football again so that Ryan can play!
1st star- We loved leading this week’s assembly all about clubs and teams.
2nd star- We really enjoyed our measurement work in maths. It was tricky but now we can convert lengths between mm,cm, m and km.
Wish We are hoping it is not too icy next week so we can get out to walk a mile!

1st Star: We painted our Scarab Beetles beautiful colours just like the Egyptians did!
2nd Star: We have been practicing our listening skills and using them to take part in a fun game.
Wish: We would like to make a fruit salad using our French fruit names to help us with the recipe!
1st Star – We enjoyed the P4/3 assembly.
2nd Star – We enjoyed writing about what makes us smile.
1 wish – We would love to play dodgeball in PE
