First star: We really enjoyed doing more circuit work in P.E!
Second star: We also loved Mr Glancy and P2’s assembly this morning – it was really amazing – well done! 🙂
Wish: We hope we get Miss Arkless again in P5! (Children’s idea – not Miss Arkless’!)
Star: We have really enjoyed learning about how plants grow and reproduce this week. We have been doing lots of practical experiments with real flowers so that we can see for ourselves how plants grow. We are looking forward to reviewing and finishing our experiments next week.
Star: We have been having fun learning about percentages in maths. We now know how to work out 50%, 25% and 10% of amounts and can use these facts in word problems.
Wish: We are really hoping that we can achieve our dream next week and make a brand new world record at our drumming event at Livingston Stadium. We have been working really hard to learn the rhythms and are confident that we can do it! Remember you are all welcome at the stadium on Thursday morning to cheer us along.
1st star – We really enjoyed our trip to Mill Farm. We loved getting to see all the different animals and getting to clap Tumble the rabbit. We really liked having a shot on the giant bouncy bubble especially when Miss Napier came on it too!
2nd star – We have enjoyed learning about money this week. We were learning to recognise coins and count different amounts of coins.
Wish – We would like to do some paintings of living things next week.
Star 1 – We had a fabulous trip to Mill Farm this week. We got to handle some small animals, we got to see some big animals and even got a chance to play in the adventure zone. It was so much fun!
Star 2 – We loved learning about money this week. We learned all the coins and how much they were worth. We enjoyed playing the money match game.
Wish – We wish our smart board could get fixed and work again.
*We really enjoyed making powerpoints about the water cycle.
*We enjoyed making chocolate rice crispie cakes as experiments of solids, liquids and gases.
! We want everyone to make more chocolate cakes.
1st Star – We loved the P 7’s assembly. Tres bien.
2nd Star – We loved taking notes from the internet. We took notes about a village in the rainforest.
1 wish – We would love to get a class pet!!!
1st Star: We loved going on our school trip to the National Museum of Scotland. We enjoyed the exhibits and achieved a headteacher award for brilliant behaviour!
2nd Star: We enjoyed making a postcard about our trip to the museum. We included lots of information that we learned from our trip.
Wish: We are trying our best to make sure all our homework is completed on time and to a good standard.

1st Star – We had an amazing Rainforest assembly. It was about the destruction of the rainforest.
2nd Star – We all enjoyed ourself at Sports Day.
