*Our favourite thing this week was listening to the p2’s do their talks about when they were a baby.
*We also really enjoyed making fireworks pictures with spinning painting and chalks.
We would like to get even better at remembering double number facts. The P2s enjoyed showing off what they could remember.
1st Star – We enjoyed telling the time using quarter past and quarter to.
2nd Star – We loved creating our Firework Safety posters. They helped us understand how important it is to be safe near fireworks.
1 wish – We hope to start doing some Christmas activities.
First star: We had a great afternoon on Wednesday, collecting lovely leaves from the playground and using our imagination to turn them into images of different things!
Second star: We really enjoyed basketball with Mrs Lloyd in P.E!
Our wish: We hope we get to do some baking!!
1st Star: We learned about Guy Fawkes and the 5th November. We really enjoyed making our firework pictures and we can’t wait to see them on the wall!
2nd Star: We have been having fun in numeracy learning about multiplication. We can also count to 100 in 2’s, 5’s and 10’s whilst doing our exercises.
Wish: We would like to learn more about good citizenship and we are looking forward to learning more about the president elections in America next week.
1st Star: We really enjoyed stretching our brains during number talk time this week. We were able to share a variety of strategies.
2nd Star: This week we have enjoyed learning about the Eatwell plate and playing the Grub Game.
Wish: We are looking forward to finding out about our new theme next week.
1st star – We have enjoyed learning about firework safety from the P6s and P7s who shared their super posters with us!
2nd star – We enjoyed art and craft this week. We got to make spooky ghosts and impressed Miss Napier with our super cutting and sticking skills!
Wish – We can’t wait to find out the new activities that we will be doing in our coloured groups next week!

P1A enjoyed making spooky snacks in class today. We prepared healthy ghost bananas and pumpkin oranges. It was great fun and they were really yummy! Great job everyone!

2nd star – We enjoyed practising our numbers by playing the hoop game in gym.
Wish – We would like to do more gym.
1st Star – We enjoyed seeing Miss Buchanan and baby Jessica.
2nd Star – We enjoyed playing a baby game, seeing who was fastest to change the nappy.
1 wish – We would love to get better at putting finger spaces in when we write about our friends in class.
