MSP Juniors!

DSCN1011 DSCN1010

Primary 5 had a fantastic day out at the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh.  They took part in interesting workshops where they learned all about the history of Scottish politics.  After that primary 5 were taken on a tour around the Parliament building and given special access into the debating chamber.  Finally we were given  an audience with two local MSP’s – Fiona Hyslop and Neil Findlay.  Primary 5 asked super questions!

They had a brilliant day and learned a lot.

P6 at the Euroquiz

Four Primary 6s were lucky enough to go to the West Lothian heat of the Euroquiz. There were 4 very challenging rounds – geography, language, European Union and general knowedge/ culture/sport. All four pupils did a great job and have definitely learned something new! They showed commitment and determination by revising topics in their own time this week. You should all be very proud!
