1st Star: We really enjoyed learning how to use a dictionary.
2nd Star: We were very lucky to get some ice-cream for winning the Fair Trade Banana Contest. Yum-yum!
Wish: We would like to see the new chicks and maybe have them visit our class.
1st Star: We have enjoyed using mosaic patterns to decorate our Roman soldier for our door.
2nd Star: We have really enjoyed our division in maths and are looking forward to starting measurement.
Wish: We would like to find out more about Roman emperors.
1st Star: We really enjoyed making our Roman Villa’s and we were very excited to get a whole class positive visit!
2nd Star: We had a fantastic visit from the Dog’s Trust and enjoyed learning about senses.
Wish: We would like to learn more about Roman soldiers and how they lived.
1st star – We enjoyed doing all our assembly practices.
2nd star – We loved having some of our parents in on Thursday afternoon when we were learning about Roman soldiers. Some of us also enjoyed helping the ladies from the Gala Day after school club.
Wish – We hope that we can finish off our Roman Villa dioramas.
1st Star – We have enjoyed learning about how to sell Roman villas.
2nd Star – We enjoyed learning about money. We have had to practise hard learning how to give correct change.
Wish – To paint a Roman Villa.
1st Star: In numeracy we have been learning how to share a number equally into groups.
2nd Star: We really enjoyed making Roman mosaics. We worked as a team to complete our pictures. They look fab!
Wish: We can’t wait to finish our Roman Villa For Sale adverts and start building our own models!
1st Star: We have enjoyed learning about time intervals.

1st Star: We really enjoyed spending some class time with Mr Lauchlan and Mrs Rankine this week.
2nd Star: We are excited to start our new interdisciplinary learning theme all about the Romans.
Wish: We would like to do some Roman inspired art.
1st Star – We loved playing the Nintendo DSs which allowed us to develop our problem solving skills.
2nd Star – We enjoyed learning fractions. We found it quite easy doing halves and a bit more trickier doing quarters.
Wish – We would love to get big lego into our classroom.
1st Star – We enjoyed investigating the properties of material and making a waterproof jacket for a teddy.
2nd Star – We enjoyed seeing the film The Water Horse which inspired us to create our own Kelpie.
1 wish – We wish that we could learn how to make a robot teddy.
